I agree! Your pics are great! I know what you mean about needing some inspiration sometimes.... That's what prim photos like your's and others's on so many great blogs do for me! Can't wait to see more prim stuff!
Michelle, there's no secret to the hearts. Cut them, then sew all the way around. Make sure and clip your curve. Make a small horizontal slit on one side only, then turn. I use hemostats to get them turned good. Then stuff firmly, whipstitch your opening. Then grunge them if you choose. Sometimes I primitively sew another heart on it to cover my whipstitching, then stain. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, email me. It's basketpam@gmail.com Good luck, sweetie.
What a lovely home you have. I feel like I have so far to go before I will have a home as full of prims as so many of my fellow bloggers have. Adding you to my favorits.
Hi there! I want to say how beautiful your home is and I love all your Primitive decorating....oh to have EVERYTHING we see in our own homes. I tell you, my home would be filled to the ceiling because I've seen so many wonderfully decorated homes.
And to answer your question...yes, that's me in the Primitives By Kathy catalog. I am one of her designers.....thanks for asking!
I am putting your Blog on my list and I just started to follow yours.
